Finance Fundamentals is a self-paced finance program designed for non-finance executives and managers working with Australian not-for-profit organisations. It builds financial literacy and decision-making confidence from first principles through to specific application: program management and service delivery, funding diversification, funder concentration risk, cash flow management, revenue recognition and accountability to donors, members and community. The content is grounded in the ACNC Act and Governance Standards, the Corporations Act and guidance from leading professional bodies together with key finance concepts, worked examples and practical case studies.
